Services

FULL SERVICE RECYCLING PROGRAMS
Verity will provide a free consultation to help your company develop a convenient and cost-effective recycling program for your plastic waste streams. We purchase most types of plastics and can provide trailers at your facility for easy collection. We also help companies develop closed-loop recycling programs. Our customer service department is available 24 hours, seven days a week to help you with your recycling needs.

CERTIFIED DESTRUCTION

Verity is a trusted partner with multiple Fortune 500 companies. We are recyclers and compounders, not brokers. We provide secure destruction of materials and reprocess your materials into pellets that are used in automotive, lawn and garden, and similar industries.

CUSTOM COMPOUNDING
Our team has over 75 years of combined compounding experience and can formulate products to specifically fit your material needs. All of our compounded polyolefin products are tested for melt flow, notched izod and ash content. We can also provide testing for tensile strength, flexural modulus and specific gravity. Verity provides a certificate of analysis on each lot produced. Our Forest City facility compounds:

Facilities

• Verity Resins operates out of our 60,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Forest City, NC, centrally located between Charlotte, Greenville/Spartanburg and the scenic Blue Ridge mountains.

• We have extensive size reduction and extrusion capabilities with annual production capacity in excess of 30 million pounds. We maintain five extrusion lines, including one twin-screw extruder, one 6-inch line and three 4.5-inch lines.

• Verity's laboratory capabilities include testing for melt index, izod, specific gravity, flex mod and ash content. These capabilities allow us to formulate polyolefin compounds to fit your precise needs.

• In addition to our Forest City headquarters, we have storage and warehouse facilities in central North Carolina where we produce both engineering and commodity grade materials.
