Eagle vizion, founded in 2006, had the vision of making optical sorting accessible to all sectors of the waste and post consumer industry.Our purpose is to make a machine that is flexible and adaptable to all of our customers' needs. Eagle Vizion sells its machinery either directly to the end user or through a qualified systems integrator.Eagle vizion optical sorters have the ability to detect different types of pet bottles (with / without caps, with/without labels, with/without addition of other plastics) thus, giving the ability to produce a high purity of pet.Another application is to combine optical sorting units to existing washing lines. Optical sorting units can be used as a primary sorter or as a secondary sorter for plastic flakes after the shredding / drying process. This sorting application can be done by either color or by type.

Metal detection and recovery/removal has become an increasing demand from our c&d to plastic recycler customers. eagle vizion has introduced a new option to the optical sorter; a metal detection unit that can be installed to work in parallel with the nir vizion system or it can also be installed as a standalone unit.

• The metal detection is done using induction sensors that are placed beneath the conveyor belt.
• The single layer is important as the detectors can only detect a certain height above the belt
