Our Customer Service staff quotes, processes, confirms orders and checks schedules to ensure customer delivery expectations will be met.

Our Engineering Department works with customers to understand part prints and or revisions, and then develops the right package of fixtures, tools, gages, programming, measures and work instructions so machinists can be as productive as possible with their equipment.

Our Materials Management function constantly monitors raw material prices, packaging, and the most cost effective purchasing and shipping methods to ensure our customers are served well.
