Restoration Science & Engineering, LLC (RSE) is a full service engineering and environmental service company working for Alaskans for more than 15 years. Serving a broad variety of industrial and municipal clients as well as state and federal agencies, RSE uses our technical expertise to work across the range of Alaska site conditions. We provide a full suite of environmental science and engineering services ranging from water and wastewater engineering to NEPA compliance and permitting.

RSE was established in 1995 as a sole proprietorship. Today, RSE is an engineering firm comprised of 12 professionals with a wide range of skill sets.  RSE works to bridge our client’s needs from preliminary design and project permitting to full project build out and operation. RSE’s focus is to provide superior project support and participate in creating sustainable designs for clients through application of sound scientific methods and proven engineering practices. RSE has a solid track record of client satisfaction and completion of engineering and permitting projects meeting our client’s needs as well as all applicable regulatory and engineering standards. Project staff professionalism and a 15 year track record of field and office safe work practices are hallmarks of RSE’s approach to serving our clients.  RSE offices are located at 911 West 8th Avenue in Anchorage, Alaska. Staff include professional engineers in the fields of civil/environmental and chemical engineering, permitting specialists and scientists in the fields of environmental science, botany, fisheries biology, hydrology and snow dynamics. These professionals are supported by GIS mapping, Autocad Civil 3D design, surveying, accounting and business management staff.  Our field resources consist of an extensive inventory of water quality meters, sampling pumps, gas monitoring equipment, personal protective equipment (safety gear), stream gaging/flow measurement equipment, geodetic positioning and surveying equipment. RSE maintains secure FTP sites for our clients to facilitate project resource management and information sharing.
