In October, 1980, Petersen Iron & Metal was born in local Coralville, Iowa. Company owner, Mark Petersen, started with one truck and a maul. Today the company boasts a full scale, modern, scrap iron and metal business dedicated to both the individual consumer and large commercial clients.
