Pacific Die Casting is a full service Aluminum and Zinc Die Casting Company. We offer solutions that benefit your needs from casting to assembly, short runs to volume runs and ship on demand inventory control.

Our aluminum die castings are made from machines rated from 150 to 600 ton machines. Our zinc castings benefit from both a 250 ton machine and Techmire 6 and 8 ton machines.

Our turnkey services include: CMM first Article and production inspection, CNC production machining, shot blasting, vibratory finishing, and thermal deburring. Additional services coordinated thru our certified partners are: plating, painting, anodizing and buffing.

We also offer a variety of inventory and shippiing solutions. We offer multi-release orders, ship on demand orders, build to forecast orders, EDI orders, and electronic billing.
