We are equipped to handle repairs of any nature, to include: equipment, warehouse, commercial, industrial, institutional, municipal, etc.We are located in Richmond, Missouri; serving the greater Kansas City Metro area.     Established in 2001, Maintenance One was run out of the owner’s garage and was started for just light commercial maintenance. 2005 - A welding division was added for light fabricated steel products: stairs, handrail, guard rail, general repairs. 2006 We began mobile, on-site welding and fabrications for essential repairs. This created less costly down time and more efficient operations. 2011 - Industrial property was acquired to further expand our operations again more efficiency means less cost to our customers. 2013 - We built a new shop and equipment building allowing us to handle larger volume jobs.
