Magnum Mining Corp. was founded in 2016 to take advantage of specific gold and hard mineral mining opportunities principally in and around Yavapai County, Arizona. As of April 15,2017, it possesses twelve mining lease agreements there. All of the leases provide Magnum the right to recover all minerals of any nature produced from the acreage within the leased area. One of the leases is permitted, bonded and ready for commencement of operations. In addition, it is pursuing the Winnemucca Mountain Property, covering 3800 acres in northern Nevada which currently recovering gold deposits, but needs more aggressive mining efforts.

While intending to place its focus on the mining and production of gold, Magnum may also pursue the development, mining, and production of other minerals discovered as a by-product of its gold mining operations
