We here at Hialeah Aluminum Supply are a family-owned aluminum extrusion company that has been in business for over 28 years. We started so many years ago with the understanding that if you needed aluminum we would like you to come to us. As times have changed, so have we. We have, in the last 10 years, expanded extensivly to include new machinery and equipment to better serve our customers.

With the latest installation of our second 1800 ton European press we manufacture railing,verranda and all standard components in our 150,000 sq. ft. facility. Ready to be shipped, picked up or delivered, we can package any order requested. Our extrusion can be sold by the piece or by the pound ranging from as low as 500lb to over 1100lb packages. All of our materials are made here in the USA, and since we are the manufacturer, there is no middle man mark-ups. If we do not have it in stock, we will make it for you, usually that same day.

Our newest Automatic Powder Coat Paint Line gives you a choice between two colors and we are expanding to 4 by years-end. Choose from White or Southern Bronze and soon to include Tan and Black. We paint our material here at the same location so there is minimal around time between making the material and painting them. If you have your material and need it painted for a professional finish - call us and we can make arrangements to paint it for you. With the capacity for a 10' wide and 35' long we can accommodate all your aluminum and galvanized paint needs usually within 24-48 hours.

Along with all these new modifications that we have here at Hialeah Aluminum, we still manufacture all the products that we have been selling for over 28 years, including Storm Panels, Accordion Shutter components, Bahama Shutters, Roof Panels, Insulated Sandwich Panels and much more, also including all required components for Screen Rooms and Pool Enclosures.

• With only the dimensions you supply us (Width, Length and Height) we can give you a breakdown list of parts you will need to assemble your new aluminum roof or screen patio. We can explain in detail where every screw should go and how to solve many issues that often arise while installing.
• We have a wide range of installers who are up to the challenge of installing your roof. Experts in the field, they can take the headaches that come with some of your more difficult projects. These installers are not employed by us so please feel free to select from our list of recommended installers.
• Want to have that roof installed with Dade County Approved materials? Well our blueprints come with both an NOA and the company approval letter required by Dade County to get a permit. Do not be fooled by those who say you can use a downloaded plan. They have no signed company approval letter and will not get approved by the County. We offer blueprints with our Approval Letters which are good for a roof up to 12' long and as wide as you wish. We can even make the estimate for materials.
• With our extrusion press we can fabricate any standard piece we have dies for. If you are in the market for something non standard we can get the die fabricated and manufactured for you at a low cost. That die then becomes yours and as such you are the only one who can have that material made for you. If someone else wants that part, we have to notify you prior to running and seek your approval. You can even take the die with you if you wish to use another company for your extrusions.
