In 1996, HCM Buildings started as Home and Commercial Maintenance LLC. under the ownership of Joey and Justine Swarner as a local maintenance and remodeling company. Working out of his truck, Joey gained expertise in the field while building relationships and establishing connections with potential clients and suppliers. Soon after, he struck interest in metal roofing. Metal roofs led to metal buildings and an expanding crew.

Over the last decade, our company has been known for a personable attitude, quality construction, and commitment to the satisfaction of the client. Joey has instilled a “yes we can” attitude and core principles that have allowed us to continually exceed the expectations of our customers.
