Archimedes Metals Ltd (Scrap Metal Merchants) is a family-owned scrap metal removal company based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Established in 1986, we offer scrap metal removal, collection, recycling and a skip service that is of the highest standard.

We are proud to say that much of our business comes from repeat customers and recommendations, such is the quality and reliability of our service. We serve commercial customers and those who work within the domestic industry including plumbers and electricians.

Our skips can be placed on site and we can take both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We offer competitive prices on copper, brass, lead, aluminium, steel, household cables and batteries. As registered waste carriers, we are able to carry out a complete site or factory clearance.
