Kelco Recycling is a full-service commercial paper recycling company that services Jacksonville, Duval County, and all the surrounding counties of North Florida. Kelco Recycling works with businesses (small and large), corporations, municipalities, arpartment/condo complexes, and anyone else that is looking to create a waste diversion program. We accept cardboard / containerboard, office paper, newspaper and all paper material, all types of fiber, plastics, and some light metal.

Our ability to extract high percentages of recyclable material from our client’s waste stream translates into landfill disposal avoidance with the savings passed through to the customer.
