The J in J&M, is Joe Fostek. Joe began his career in recycling with Reynolds Metals. Reynolds was the first company to establish aluminum can recycling centers in the USA. During his years with Reynolds, Joe worked in Administrative Management and the Purchasing of Scrap Metals. He served the needs of the many plants within the Reynolds company. He has also worked in Operations Management with several scrap metal processors and purchased both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
