We are a local, family-owned trash & recycling collection business serving the Bloomington and Ellettsville areas as well as some other parts of Monroe County. We’ve been providing service for over a decade and have steadily grown. Residential Service

• The waste toter should be set out within 3 feet of the roadside the night before collection and with the handle and wheels facing the road. Please note, we cannot make return trips for trash not set out on time.
• Cans, used in addition to the waste toter, should be limited to 32 gallons due to weight.
• Cardboard boxes should be flattened, if possible.
• Please call ahead before setting out large items (sofas, chairs, etc.) or extra large volumes of trash... there may be an additional charge. Please note, we may not take these items without prior notification.
• Do not overload the waste toter. If it is too heavy, we may not be able to empty it without damaging our lifting equipment.
• The waste toter must not be loaded with dirt, concrete, construction waste, bricks, stones or hot ashes. These items will be left if found in the waste toter.
  Hazardous materials must not be put in the waste toter. Examples include car batteries, cans of paint, oil, liquid chemicals, etc.

Non-acceptable items (We must leave these items.

• ELECTRONICS - Computers, Computer monitors, Televisions, Printers, Computer accessories, VCR’s, DVD players, Fax machines, Digital cameras, Camcorders, Digital picture frames, IPods, etc.
• Tires
• Auto, lawnmower, motorcycle batteries
• Oil, chemicals, gasoline, etc.
• Paint – the only way we can accept paint is 1. if the lid is off the can and it is completely dry and solidified or 2. If the can is empty
• Concrete that can damage the truck
• Heavy yard waste such as dirt, sod, grass clippings, leaves, etc.
• Items containing Freon or other refrigerant
• Pressurized tanks of any kind or fuel tanks
• Heavy steel items that can damage the truck: washing machines, brake rotors, treadmills, pipes, engine parts, bed frames, bicycles, etc.
• Fluorescent light tubes, ballasts
