Construction and Demolition Facility

With almost 20 years of experience in recycling construction materials, the single stream C&D facility has been designed and built to support recycling and recovery efforts for all manner of construction materials.Businesses and homeowners will benefit from the ease of placing all their construction waste in one container and the confidence that the Centre will sort and reclaim materials, ensuring reusable materials are being diverted from landfills.

Materials Recovery Facility

Blue box recycling has been available to residential and commercial customers at the Waste Recovery Centre for over twenty years. We are the original West Ottawa recycling processor and helped introduce recycling to the area. Our dual stream sorting system is the same as your curbside service, and our equipment is designed to process mixed paper loads and mixed container loads. We specialize in commercial recycling and can provide services for any size of business. We also specialize in source separated cardboard recycling at no charge, and you can bring in your electronics for free!

Waste Transfer Station

For any material that cannot be recycled through our other on site facilities, we operate a transfer station to transport residual waste to a licensed landfill. The Transfer Station can be used by the general public as well as large commercial customers. It is easy to use for small loads in a trailer or the back of a truck and open on Saturdays.
