Recycling Service

Waste Solutions provides recycling pick-up every week in the counties, and every other week in Lynchburg city!At Waste Solutions, Inc. we work to make recycling as easy as possible for our customers. With our single stream recycling service, there's no need to separate your plastic, glass and paper - that part will be done for you! What can you recycle? Here's a list!

• Aluminum: Cans, trays, foil

• Metal: Tin cans and aluminum cans

• Glass: Soda, water, beer, liquor only. (NO plate glass, windowshield glass or ceramics)

• Plastic: #'s 1-7, milk and juice bottles or jugs, laundry detergent and softener bottles, rigid plastics, shrink-wrap, plastic bags, bubble wrap. Grocery bags (check on the bottom of bag for recycling symbol)

• Cardboard: Moving boxes, empty pizza boxes, empty food or cereal boxes, packing boxes, delivery boxes, divider strips, and case containers.

• Magazines, Catalogs, & Phone books

• Mixed Paper: Newspapers, flyers and inserts, office paper and junk mail.

Residential Trash Service

Waste Solutions, Inc. offers residential trash pickup for the greater Lynchburg area. We pride ourselves on top-notch customer service that starts as soon as you sign up. Each new customer is provided with a free trash can and the option for trash or trash + recycling services.
