Piranha Paper Shredding is a locally owned and operated company. We believe in giving our customers nothing but the best in service and support.

In 2003, Piranha Paper Shredding was created as a division of Allied Resource Recovery, Inc. (ARR) and we began specializing in document destruction. ARR is a recycling company that dates back to 1938. Since its start, ARR is and has always been owned by the Rehberg family. In 2007, Piranha was split off to be an independent company to allow for faster growth. In 2010, Piranha opened its Fox Valley plant in Neenah, Wisconsin and started offering Records Management Services as well as document destruction. In 2013 Piranha moved into its new 40,000 square foot plant in New Berlin Wisconsin.Piranha continues to grow and expand into other areas. We are now a total information management and destruction company. As of April 2016 our service fleet surpassed 15 units, with plans to add more soon.

What We Shred

Destruction Services

Piranha Paper Shredding has a wide variety of professional destruction services available to meet your needs including On-Site Document Shredding, Off-Site Document Shredding, Purges/Clean-Outs, Regularly Scheduled Shredding, Hard Drive Destruction and more! All of our shredding services are completed with the same level of security and expertise, for your safety.

Walk-In Service

Bring your files to one of our locations and follow the signs to the drive up door. A friendly team member will assist you with placing your documents in rolling bin containers which will be weighed and used to feed your material into our shredder. Our walk-in shredding services are that easy!

On-Site Hard Drive Destruction

Bring in your Hard Drives for Destruction. It can either be in your computer, laptop or server or remove it yourself and bring in just the hard drive to save some money! We will record the serial number and destroy it right in front of you. You will then be issued a NAID Certificate of Destruction for your records.

Sustainability

At Piranha Paper Shredding we place a high priority on sustainability and eco-friendly operation. After we complete the shredding process, 100% of our paper is recycled, going directly to our paper mill partners. According to recent EPA estimates each ton of recycled paper can save 17 trees, 380 gallons of oil, 3 cubic yards of landfill space, 4,000 kilowatts of energy, and 7,000 gallons of water.Additionally, through our product destruction process, we seek to recycle as much of the shredded matter as possible. Whether we serve you with paper shredding mobile trucks, hard drive destruction or general product destruction Piranha is committed to destroying all products and disposing of then in an environmentally responsible way.
