Green Processing Company Inc. offers complete industrial recycling and packaging management.The GREEN group of companies consists of recycling, packaging facilities such as Plastic Bulk Containers, Bulk Storage Containers, Reusable Container, Industrial Container in Windsor, Ontario (Canada), Cleveland, Ohio and Laredo, Texas.Our group processes millions of pounds of plastic every year and handles tens of thousands of shipping containers and dunnage.

Green Processing Company Inc. recently moved into a new, larger facility, to better service our customers. Our main processing plant, located in Windsor, Ontario, is 56,000 square feet. Plant Two is 16,000 square feet, primarily used for finished product. Both facilities are equipped with shredding and grinding equipment and trained personnel. Our Ohio and Texas locations are each 26,000 square feet. We operate 24-hours per day at all four locations.

Green Processing Company, Inc. collects, processes, and recycles various industrial products. We offer transportation services throughout North America.In addition to traditional recycling, we offer bin repair and refurbishing, packaging management, industrial warehousing, and complete waste diversion. We are committed to complete recycling.

Recycling Programs

Green Processing Company, Inc (GPC) utilizes the most current and updated recycling programs and techniques. Our intention is to disrupt as little as possible, with the goal of diverting as much waste as possible.A typical recycling program used by GPC includes a trailer dropped at our customers location (or live load trailer service). All recyclables (plastics, metals, packaging supplies, cardboard, etc) are brought to one our recycling facilities. The trailer will be unloaded and inventoried in a timely manner. Inventory includes weighing each individual box. Our customers are provided with a detailed list of product shipped for recycling. Payment will be automatically sent by GPC (including a detailed statement, recycling report, and ‘certificate of recycling’).We cover all logistics and border crossing (when applicable). We buy all plastic scrap, including: PP, PPTF (talc filled), PPMF (mineral filled), PPGF (glass filled), Painted TPO, Unpainted TPO, TEO, TPE, HDPE, HDPE S/F (structural foam), HDPE-HMW, ABS, PC/ABS, PC, PC/PBT, ASA, PBT, Acrylic, POM, Nylon 6, Nylon 66, Nylon 6 GF (glass filled), Nylon 66 GF (glass filled), Nylon 6 GF+MF (glass and mineral filled), Nylon 66 GF+MF (glass and mineral filled).  We pay a premium for natural and obsolete virgin material.  We buy purge, runners, parts, regrind, reprocessed, and virgin resin.

Bin Repair/Exchange

Green Processing Company, Inc (GPC) has a number of bin repair and exchange programs available. Whether our customers are recycling unwanted shipping containers or they wish to re-furbish their current inventory, our team can help. We offer transportation services and the timely repair and return of your shipping containers. If a new group of containers are required, we sell various types and sizes of shipping containers. GPC has over 16,000 refurbished and new containers in stock.

A detailed problem/solution report is always provided to our customers. Each container is closely inspected to meet the needs of our customers. Our report will detail the problems with the containers as well as the solution implemented. We offer runner replacement for broken runners and container cleaning, if requested. Our goal is to properly re-furbish and return the bins in a timely manner.

We stock all makes and models, including Ropak, Xytec, Buckhorn, Orbis, and more. Our containers (plastic knock-down bins, collapsible containers, buy used container, recycling plastic containers, fold-down bins, plastic gaylords, plastic storage containers) are completely refurbished. Once considered used bins, these containers have been inspected and reconditioned. We facilitate container rental and container leasing (plastic knock-down bins rental and leasing, plastic bulk containers rental and leasing, fold-down bins rental and leasing, plastic gaylords rental and leasing, plastic storage containers rental and leasing).

Warehousing

Green Processing Company, Inc (GPC). offers industrial warehousing in Windsor, Ontario and Vaughn, Ontario. We have over 55,000 square feet of dock-accessible warehouse space. We offer in/out service upon customer request.Our team can accommodate special logistics and warehousing programs.

Plant Tour

Green Processing Group, Inc. has two production facilities in Windsor, Ontario and multiple ‘sister facilities’ throughout North America. We offer baling (for cardboard, shrink wrap/film, and plastics). Plastic grinding (including toll grinding) is available.
