Unacceptable Materials: Scrap that contains asbestos materials, excessively greasy or oily materials such as undrained transmissions or engine blocks, compressors, capacitors and mercury switches from appliances, light fixtures and ballast, rubber coated items and tires, wood, glass, paint or pesticide contaminants, welding rods or anything that is property of the city and or railroad.
