Dexter Roll Form has 50 years of experience manufacturing high quality roll form tooling. We engineer, design, manufacture, and prove out the tooling in our 10,000 square foot facility, located in Warren Michigan. Each roll is precision ground and CNC finished to insure extremely high accuracy. If you are considering a new product or a product revision and you need competitive costs with the highest quality.

High accuracy is achieved in our manufacturing process. Each roll is precisely ground and CNC finished after heat treating. We inspect dimensionally and use production drawings ten times scale to ensure roll profiles.
