Steel Reality Manufacturing, Inc.

Jeff Carlson is the founder of Steel Reality Mfg., Inc. He completed the machining program at North Idaho College (1991) with an Associate’s degree. While attending NIC, he began work in a machine shop. In the second year of the program Jeff hired on at Accurate Molded Plastics in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and truly found his passion. Working 4 years to complete the apprenticeship program, Jeff became a journeyman mold maker and worked another 1.5 years in that position. Looking for advancement and towards the future, Jeff left some great mentors and friends at AMP and started SRMI in 1997.

We have since built a reputation for quality craftsmanship at a fair price. Since our gears are always turning, we developed a few proprietary products, thus starting Maximizer Products Inc. As a result of producing our own products, we found the need to mold our own parts which was the start of the custom molding division of our company in 2002 . Through our own ventures we have learned how to better meet the needs of our customers and understand many of the challenges involved.

At Steel Reality Manufacturing, Inc. our gears are always turning! Our mission, is to turn you ideas or concepts into a reality. We have experience putting those visions into a design, transforming that drawing into a mold, resulting in a marketable product.
