Eastern Castings has a reputation and history of producing high quality aluminum castings in our foundry. Working with partners of industry, ECC fosters collaboration to provide customers with the exact product to meet their unique needs.

• Experience: Over 50 years of experience producing quality aluminum permanent mold and semi-permanent mold castings. Our experience allow us to tackle the toughest design and casting issues.

• Casting: Permanent mold: proper engineering of tooling results in consistent casting quality from the first piece. Semi-permanent mold requires the use of a sand core to form internal cavities. Our knowledge of 'shell' cores gives us an edge in producing pressure tight parts with cored passages.

• Machining: 'State of the art' CNC Machining capacity and proper fixture design guarantees consistent quality of parts.

• Full Service: Our full service does not end with a machined part; Painting, and Powder Coating are all available locally and are typically part of our contracts.

• Flexibility: Whether we supply a casting, a machined complete casting, or a machined and painted casting, our philosophy is to be flexible to our customer's needs. From casting to machining to finished product, we bring a full service approach to our clients.

Start-up costs can be greatly reduced and production delays eliminated by having the same 'team' design the casting tooling and machining fixtures.
