The manufacturing facility that produces Prime Steel Buildings has centralized production in that every component is manufactured in one location. All structural raw materials including steel bar and plate are shipped directly from the steel mill and entirely laser cut, plasma punched, welded, and fabricated in the same facility. This virtually eliminates the misalignments found in buildings sold by middle-men brokers where steel I-beam frames, sheeting, girts and purlins are manufactured in separate facilities and combined later for shipment.

Our engineers regularly attend up-to-date seminars to keep abreast of the changes in regional/state codes resulting from the nationwide trend towards code consolidation occurring under the IBC code provisions.

The factory's decades-long relationship with the steel mills ensures that we have adequate inventory and flow of materials to complete your project and keep you on schedule. The scheduling and shipping departments function 24 hours a day to guarantee that your metal building arrives when promised.
