Fulgent Contracting Corporation was founded in 1998 by Bruce C. Sampson. Completed projects include the 8 story Rockville Courthouse, Tyser Tower at Byrd Stadium, H.D. Woodson High School, Carroll County Community College, Severna Park High School, Crisfield Library, Salisbury State University Academic Commons Building, and many other projects in the greater Baltimore and Washington DC area.
