( 50 miles west of Chicago, Illinois) Employees – Approximately 140 employees Currently running three shifts /24 hour days -5 days per week Equipment – Over 90 pcs of manufacturing equipment including Matsuura and Makino Vertical & Horizontal Machining Centers, Saw Cutting, Wash Systems FLEXIBLE MACHINING SYSTEMS: Our Three Linear FMS ( 100 Pallets each), Flexible Machining Systems, allow us the ability to run repeat orders with no set up, making on-demand production a reality.
