ABBCO employs very skilled machinists that love to make tools.  Most of our employees were trained on the job at ABBCO and have been working here their entire career.  Our average employee has been with ABBCO for over 30 years.    WHY WE DO IT - MISSION  To be the leading manufacturer of custom cutting tools and precision tooling; focused on keeping customers' machines running and exceeding customer expectations in quality, delivery, and service.  HOW WE GOT HERE - ABBCO INC. HISTORY ABBCO was started in 1961 with three employees and six pieces of equipment.  We were originally located on Peterson Ave in Chicago, IL.  We grew into a larger facility on Elston Ave in 1965.  Then in 1982, we relocated to Garden Ave in Bensenville, IL.  The City of Chicago needed our property for the expansion of the O'Hare airport, so in October of 2009, we relocated to Elk Grove Village, IL.  Our nearly 20,000 square feet was laid out specifically for the manufacture of custom cutting tools and precision components.
