In 1964 Al Hutchison started HTS as an Industrial Supply  Company focusing on abrasives and tool grinding equipment. As the years  progressed, so too did Hutchison’s product line offering and tapping expertise.  

Tom Hutchison took the helm as President in 2000, when Al  retired; focused on further solidifying HTS’s top position in the market as the  premier provider of tapping and drilling solutions.

Our In-Die Tapping heads are manufactured in our Ohio  facility and sold through our Headquarters in Bensenville, IL and select  world-wide sales offices.
