Since 1994, Earnest Products has been providing the highest-quality sheet metal fabrication and related services in Central Florida.We fabricate custom metal parts of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and other specialty materials – including enclosures, chassis, panels, brackets, frames, racks and cabinets for a multitude of industries.

Founded by Bryan Earnest in 1994 as Earnest Metal Fabrication, Earnest Products, Inc., has grown to meet the fabrication needs of a wide variety of industries, including: electronics enclosures, communications, HVAC, medical, point-of-sale, power distribution and many others.Earnest Products is an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturing facility operating in our 240,000 square-foot facility in Central Florida. We continually invest in the equipment and capabilities necessary to maintain our competitive edge. By doing so, we are better positioned to serve our customers with an unprecedented level of excellence that allows us to live up to our commitment to customer satisfaction.

DESIGN
Earnest Products' in-house Engineering & Design Department goes far beyond the expected to turn a customer's concept into expertly fabricated reality. Our team of experienced design engineers employs the industry's latest software applications, equipment and techniques in the creation of projects ranging from prototypes to full-production product runs.

Our design engineers utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD software, and can accept input from all industry-standard CAD applications to turn a customer's drawings or renderings into programs for fabrication. Additionally, Earnest Products design staff is able to prepare virtual models of customer designs, evaluate multiple parts in an assembly context for form fit and function; and provide prints, 3D renderings, illustrated parts diagrams and other design documents as needed to meet a customer's internal and marketing requirements.Our team's approach to evaluating each project leaves no aspect of our ISO 9001:2008 certified design process to chance. Each Earnest Products' design engineer is dedicated to providing every customer with a comprehensively prepared, high-quality project delivered to specification and on-time.Our team of engineers also will readily offer suggestions regarding alternate materials or features when such a change would improve the quality and/or performance of the finished product, or improve cost-effectiveness while producing a product of equal quality.
