Benada Aluminum Products, LLC is a full service American owned and operated aluminum extruder located in Sanford, Florida USA. With over 60 years of industry experience, Benada has the manufacturing capabilities, service, and commitment to quality that leads the industry. We offer precise custom engineered solutions, with personal relationship based service you can only get with an experienced independent aluminum extruder. From our extensive library of extrusion standards, custom tooling capabilities, fabrication equipment, and state of the art powder coating facilities, Benada has the technology and the resources to meet and exceed your expectations.

EXTRUSION PRESS CAPABILITIES
aboutA diverse range of solid, hollow and semi-hollow shapes are extruded daily. Our 3 current presses range from 6” to 8” in diameter enable us to produce up to 12” inch wide extrusions. We use primary billet in 6063, 6061, and 6005a alloys with standard tempers of T4, T52, T5, and T6.

Given the nature of our equipment and efficiency of our die changes, we can offer production runs without a minimum quantity making us ideal for prototype work or small volume runs. Our equipment is also capable of high production volume as well, with an annual capacity in excess of 45,000,000 pounds.

FINISHING SERVICES
Superior quality is our single-minded purpose behind the paint finish that we provide. Our state-of-the-art horizontal DuPont Certified Powder coating line is capable of applying paint on lengths up to 40 feet. Anodizing and the other finishes are not completed under our roof, but partnerships have been developed with local vendors to provide these and our services as part of the “Benada Package.”

Delivery is as important as any phase of production. That is why we are committed to delivering orders “right the first time, on time, every time.” To provide this dependable service, we maintain our own delivery fleet. We understand that our customers’ production deadlines are important. Our reputation is built on providing the most competitive lead-times the industry has to offer. We will work with our customers to provide “Just-In-Time” delivery solutions to streamline production reduce inventory costs and improve lead times. Just ask our current customers, many of whom have been with us since our inception.

Services

Benada Aluminum is committed to offering high-quality services to our customers. We have a large collection of more than 6,000 dies, about a third of which are standard shapes like bars and angles. We can also produce custom extrusions with a short lead time.

WE DON’T OVER BOOK, AND WE DO WHAT WE PROMISE TO DO.When your company needs a custom extrusion, we will tool up to your specifications. Working with your engineers, our staff will review design prints, build the dies and run a sample order. Once you’re happy with the sample, we can go into production whenever you’re ready.In addition to extrusions from standard and custom dies, we also offer high-quality paint on our 40-foot horizontal paint line, fabrication and precision cutting.
