Unity Disposal & Recycling, LLC (Unity) is a progressive owned and operated business located in Laurel, Maryland. The firm was founded in 1996 by two (2) local entrepreneurs with over thirty (40) years combined business experience in residential refuse & Recycling collection services. Unity has a cadre of personnel consisting of a unique blend of multidisciplinary skill and management expertise. Our diversity of management and human resource services, combined with our ability to effectively assess, plan, assign, coordinate and manage assignments, enables us to excel in meeting a wide range of customer required services. Unity places major emphasis on the integrity and character of its employees. With services being provided to local government, townships and homeowner associations, we bring service to more 100,000 residents each week, Unity tailors its services to meet each client’s requirements. • Unity provides back door or side door services.
• Unity provides Dual Stream curbside recycling services.
• Unity also provides Alternative Recycling Collection services to include; Dual Stream curbside recycling collection with “Super Cans” or Single Stream curbside recycling collection with “Super Cans”.
• Unity also provides curbside yard waste 
• Unity provides curbside Bulk collection services 
• All materials collected, refuse or recycling shall be delivered to an appropriate delivery point for the commodity transported. All recyclable materials shall be delivered to a recycling facility.
