LEDR LLC is a Construction and Demolition (C&D) recycling facility opening soon in St. Charles 'New Town' area. We will be accepting mixed C&D loads for sorting and recycling. LEDR will be located just north of Hwy 370 at the Elm St./New Town Blvd exit. Our address is 60 MB Corporate Park Ct., St. Charles MO 63301.We are building a 'State of the Art' indoor Material Recovery Facility, strategically located in the heart of one of the fastest growing parts of the St. Louis Metropolitan area.LEDR is constructing a 35,000 SF clear span facility with a 40' clearance on 3.5 acres. Roll Off and Dump Trucks can easily and quickly, weigh in, dump, weigh out, collect ticket and exit the facility while never leaving concrete pavement.

Continental Biomass Industries (CBI) constructed our custom design plant in Newton NH. CBI is the recognized leader in the Recycling and Biomass Energy equipment industry.LEDR will be accepting mixed C&D loads consisting of wood, concrete, drywall, plastic, metal, cardboard, aggregates and most other recyclable materials. Although we will strive for 100%, our goal is to recycle 95% of the material brought into our facility. We do realize that the occasional trash bag finds its way into containers but we will be striving to keep municipal solid waste to a minimum. We are not a trash transfer facility. We will not accept any hazardous or contaminated materials or liquids. We will be accepting asphalt shingles that will be transferred to a recycling facility for use in new asphalt roadways.We have identified a need, and feel the time is long overdue for this type of service in our area. We all have a responsibility to conserve, and preserve our natural resources.LEDR will track and certify materials from LEED projects to assure they attain the highest possible rating.We are now open for business.

LEDR Recycling processes and recycles the following:

• Aggregate (rock, stone, concrete, bricks, and mortar)
• Metals (ferrous and non-ferrous)
• Wood (clean, untreated, unpainted lumber/pallets)
• Rigid Plastics (empty drywall mud buckets)
• OCC (old corrugated containers and cardboard)
• Dirt (fines, used to create a medium grade top soil, a.k.a. bio-soil)

Unacceptable Materials

• Abandoned vehicles, trucks or associated parts
• Shredded debris or automobile fluff
• Animal or agricultural wastes such as manure or crop residue
• Dead animals or animal carcasses
• Asbestos
• MSW- loads of waste containing significant amounts of municipal solid waste or garbage
• Residential or household waste
• Liquid wastes of any type
• Contaminated soils
• Hazardous, radioactive, chemical, infectious or medical wastes
