Our Fast and Secure Document Shredding System

Embassy RMS provides the best document shredding and media destruction services with our state-of-the-art mobile shredding units that come to your business and work to shred while you watch.

We begin by setting up a convenient shredding schedule and plan that will be designed to meet your company’s needs. Then the required number of locking shredding containerss are left for your convenience. Whether we visit daily, weekly, or monthly – all you have to do is put paper in the containers and we will do the rest.

Container Pickup

To maintain your security, Embassy RMS works according to NAID guidelines for shredding and destruction of sensitive media. We do that by coming to your location as scheduled, picking up filled containers, bringing them to our shredding trucks, and then shredding all contents while still on your premises. Our friendly and detail-oriented staff ensure that everything is destroyed under your supervision, after which all empty containers are replaced to their spots in your building for ongoing use.

Onsite Shredding and Document Destruction

Rather than transporting paper to our facility for shredding, Embassy RMS completes the shredding on-premises as you watch, so there is never a question about the final disposition of your company’s confidential documents. This is important to your company, to your clients, and to your employees as well. All of our staff is trained to use our state-of-the-art shredding machines; all shredding activity can be easily monitored via a closed-circuit monitor mounted on the truck so that your company’s representative can watch the paper shredding process in convenience. Please note that if your company prefers offiste shredding we provide that service as well. Our offiste shredding services and onsite shredding servicees are both NAID certified and a certificate of destuction will be provided for each.

Post-Shred Recycling

As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service, Embassy RMS recycles 100% of the shredded material. Helping the environment is something that we take seriously – and your shredded paper goes on to become recycled paper products of the future.
