Arrow Tool and Stamping (Arrow) operates a 30,000-square-foot manufacturing facility which delivers the utmost in quality metal stampings and fabrications. This manufacturing facility is supported by a 20,000 square foot shipping and receiving warehouse which houses materials such as hot and cold-rolled steel, spring steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and bronze.Arrow is a leader in precision metal fabricating, thanks to a 1500 watt CO2 Laser/Turret combination machine plus a 2200 watt CO2/Nitrogen Laser featuring a 5'x10' automatic shuttle bed. Our machines handle a maximum material thickness of 1/2' in steel, 3/16' in aluminum and 1/4' in stainless steel. These laser systems eliminate costly tooling and provide a quick response for prototypes and short production runs.Complimenting the Laser/Turret Systems are two 33-station turret presses, each with auto-index capabilities. These unique machines feature programmable rotation of tooling with a production rate of 280 hits-per-minute. Our turrets offer superior punching accuracy for even the most complex of parts.Manufacturer of metal stampings, precision parts, rotary dies & fabrications to close tolerances from prototype to medium production. Services include laser cutting, turret punch pressing with 100 ton capacity, MIG, TIG, heliarc & spot welding, brazing, soldering, EDM, CNC machining, forming & painting. Deburring, finishing, assembly & sub-assembly, shearing, tapping, rolling, fastening, packaging & powder coating are also available. Rotary die products & services include retooling & repair, CNC rotary dies, anvil rolls, multi-level dies & air eject dies. Materials include hot & cold-rolled steel, tool steel, spring steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, phosphorous bronze, copper & beryllium copper. Painting services include stock paints & custom paints to match color, metallic's, flat, satin or gloss to customer specs. Coatings are UV, high temperature, chemical & impact resistant & include polyesters, epoxies, nylons, urethanes, acrylics & thermoplastics. Part development, First Article Inspection (FAI) & CAD/CAM manufacturing are also available. 

The integrity of our fabricated parts are continued with state-of-the art press brakes. These machines are Windows-based for easy programming. The 6-axis CNC back gauges ensure optimum part quality and require minimal set-up time. With built-in pressure sensing, these press brakes eliminate any variation in bend angles over the entire length of the part.We also feature a complete punch press department to handle your stamping requirements. With a capacity of up to 100 tons, these machines will handle a maximum material thickness of 1/4' in steel, aluminum, copper, brass and up to 1/8' in stainless steel. Our presses are integrated with Arrow's unique master die-set system that eliminates the high cost of tooling and lengthy set-up time.Each master die-set component is made of the highest quality tool steel, assuring quality and extended die life. Arrow operates a modern tool room complete with wire EDM capabilities. This allows us to maintain competitive pricing while handling all of your tooling needs.The welding department at Arrow has MIG, TIG, Heliarc and spot-welding equipment. Our welding personnel are certified for steel, aluminum and stainless steel applications. We take pride in our ability to lay out and produce prototypes as well as handle your production welding.Additional in-house operations include deburring, finishing, sub-assembly, shearing, tapping, rolling, fastening, machining, packaging, and powder coating.Using state-of-the-art inspection equipment our inspectors perform precise in-process and final quality control checks. We utilize a FabriVision inspection machine for First Article Inspection (FAI) of flat parts, assuring a quick, accurate and automated process.Manufacturing is supported by the latest in computer-aided technology. Our totally integrated CAD/CAM systems reduce programming time, machine time and material waste. These systems combine part layout, laser cutting, punching and forming in one powerful package for fast and cost effective production.
