Our company history
Hans Philippo founded Holland in 1986. At that time, the company had 10 employees with revenues of $1.8 million in its first year. Today, Holland Roofing is one of the top 10 roofing companies in the United States.

It’s Holland Roofing’s policy to provide our employees with a safe work environment through extensive training programs and on-site safety procedures. All our workers undergo 10 hours of OSHA safety training and all our Supervisors undergo 30 hours of OSHA safety training.
Holland Roofing continues to remain in compliance with all federal, state and local safety standards. Our Experience Modification Rate is one the lowest in our industry as well as one of the lowest within all construction classifications.
