Miller Sanitation Inc

Miller Sanitation Inc. is a locally owned and operated curbside residential trash collection business that offers a personal customer oriented service.  Larry Miller is the president and CEO of Miller Sanitation Inc.   His father Lawrence Miller had the idea of weighing the trash in 1991 so they could offer the customer a more competitive and fair billing rate.  Due to time and labor, they can no longer weight the trash, but still offer very competive rates.  Lawrence helped by not only having the idea but he also helped drive his old Ford pickup and even covered the expenses until Larry could operate on his own. They started with only twenty seven customers in their first month, mainly family, friends, and good neighbors.  Lawrence had an old 77 Ford 1/2 ton pickup with a 6 foot box and a fish scale with a platform attached to weight the trash.  They charged a service fee and cost of weight to calculate the monthly bill.  This was a niche that got Miller Sanitation Inc. off and running.  Lawrence still offers his advice while enjoying retirement at age eighty five.

Miller Sanitation Inc. will offer heavy duty 65 gallon, Red, White, and Blue Toter trash cans in April, 2011.  The trash bins will have a heavy duty lid that flips back, a strong handle and large wheels for easy mobility.  A logo for Miller Sanitation Inc. and phone number will be on both sides.  The Toter bins will be sold at cost for $60.00 each and will include free delivery.
