Earth 1st Recycle Centers, Inc. a for profit recycling company committed to making our planet a better place to live! 

There are many recycling companies and charities recycling textiles and our landfills continue to grow at an alarming rate! With more environmentally conscious companies and individuals recycling, we will slow the environmental damage and will start to reduce the hazardous impact we have on our planet.

We need to capture more of the textiles that go into our landfills and recycle them. Our recycling companies and charities cannot obtain all of the abundant and excessive textiles and household items that make their way into our landfills without your assistance. Take a drive by your local landfill for an example. Our landfill for the city of Mansfield ,TX (located in Arlington, TX) is around 5 stories high and growing! 

Some folks may believe there is only so much clothing and household items/textiles to recycle. If this was true, we would only need one recycling company/charity to recycle the reusable product because there would be nothing left for anyone else to recycle. The fact is, there is an abundant supply of recyclable household product/textiles needing to be recycled. The negative impact refuse and harmful gases have on our planet and atmosphere will be vastly reduced as more folks become involved in recycling. Thank you for you assistance.

We also provide free home curbside pick-up for items large or small.

Earth 1st Recycle Centers, Inc. mission is to help improve the environment, support our local Children's hospitals, through 'Children's Miracle Network', sponsor local ISD school fundraisers and use our recycling 'drop off' centers to collect for the North Texas Food Bank.

All of us at Earth 1st Recycle Centers, Inc. reside in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and wish to assist local organizations. Our school fundraiser opportunities help accomplish school projects at our local ISD schools. Our school fundraisers can raise funds ranging from $200.00 to over $1000.00 dollars in one weekend for each school. Each fundraiser may be duplicated several times a year. These funds are generated from recyclables folks like you provide from the surrounding neighborhoods and are unrestricted for any use the school may deem necessary. Our goal is approximately 20 schools each school year.

There is always a great need for food to help feed our hungry. The current economic climate has created a greater need within our community! Earth 1st is doing our part by providing drop off points for concerned folks to donate to our North Texas Food Bank. Visit www.ntfb.org for more info. 

Climate Change is harming our environment. Emissions from cars (carbon monoxide) and methane gas from landfills are large contributors to climate change. Did you know methane gas is the second largest contributor and most damaging to our ozone? Our landfills are filing at an alarming rate! Our program is helping reduce product taken to landfills, therefore lowering methane gas output and reducing operational costs, thus saving us tax dollars. There are many measures being taken to help reduce climate change. Our recycling effort is another great way for all of us to help reduce climate change and make our environment a cleaner, better place. 

Earth 1st believes that being better stewards of our resources will improve the quality of life for our children and everyone on our one and only planet earth. By recycle your items at our locations you assist with our programs and become part of a growing solution! Earth 1st Recycle Centers, Inc. desires to help children and supports our local Children's Hospitals in Dallas & Fort Worth Tx through donations to Children’s Miracle Network. Our goal is to support our local Children's Hospitals with proceeds from the total collections from all our recycling center locations throughout the Dallas/Ft Worth metro-plex area.

As with most textile/clothing recyclers and major charities recycling clothing, the items collected can be resold at a thrift store which can provide more support to a need than most other ways. Earth 1st donates proceeds from the sale of items at thrift stores to provide the best impact on the needs of our charities. Your recycyled items provide support for our sponsored charities and reduce the harmfull effects to our environment by recycling your items rather than sending them to the landfill.
