Sidewinder Pumps manufacturers pneumatic chemical metering pumps and electric chemical metering pumps in Lafayette, Louisiana, USA. Designed for high-pressure chemical injection and low-pressure chemical dosing applications.

Applications include but are not limited to Methanol injection, corrosion inhibitors, biocides, scavenger injection (H2S, Oxygen etc), asphaltine etc.

Sidewinder Pumps' chemical metering pumps offer flows to 680 quarts per day and operating pressures to 10,000 PSI. 

Sidewinder pneumatic chemical metering pumps come with 316 SS construction standard in the fluid end and air motor. Titanium and Hastelloy wet end components are available. Plunger sizes of 1/4, 3/8 , 1/2 inch and one inch, are available in 17-4 SS, 316 SS, 440 C, Titanium, Hastelloy, Ceramic and special upon request.

Two packing arrangements are available - Uniseal and O-ring construction. Uniseal packing available in Teflon-Graphite, Teflon with Buna O-ring insert, Teflon with Viton O-ring insert, Polyblend and Technoseal. O-Ring seal construction available in Viton, Buna, Teflon, Chemraz, Hitec, and special request.

Sidewinders timer control allows for continuous speed adjustment with the pump running. Utilizing the timer control and stroke length adjuster, Sidewinder Pumps' chemical metering pumps accurately meters flows to one quart per day.
 
Sidewinder Pumps Inc. offers a Gas Recovery Chemical Metering Injection Pumpthat recovers 100% of the exhaust supply gas from the pump. The Gas Recovery Metering Injection Pump is applicable when energy producers are looking to meet emmission regulations addressing hydro-carbon emmissions, utilize exhaust gas in other applications or to simply add $$$ back into their system. The Gas Recovery Metering Injection Pump is based upon the reliable model 42 series chemical metering pump and existing model 42 series pumps can be easily retro-fitted. Sidewinder Pump models 40/60/80 & 42/62/82 are now available with choice of liquid synthetic silicone or synthetic silicone grease as the packing lubricant. Specify your choice to your distributor/supplier. Retrofit components are available to convert your existing liquid silicone lubricated pump to silicone grease. Inquire with your distributor/supplier.
