Management undertook the initiative to enter the e-waste recycling market with an end to process and manage this equipment in a safe and controlled fashion. As the company developed, EMS, employee training programs and SOP's have become the backbone of its structure. Nowadays Nova Terra has diversified services including new recycling process for other materials.With the support of local industries, institutions and commercial clients, Nova Terra has helped reduce the impact of e-waste, metals and other materials to the environment.
