Numetric Manufacturing is a small to medium manufacturing facility whose core business is machining. Numetric has 24 vertical NC machining centres and 6 NC lathes.Numetric Manufacturing is an Adelaide based company that specialises in production machining of cast or extruded components, assembly and powder coating. We have a new purpose built factory and run state of the art CNC machine technology to provide approximately 100,000 machined metal components per month.Numetric Manufacturing delivers competitive Pricing, Service and Quality because we have the skills and experience in-house. We have our own jig and tooling design facilities, and our state of the art hydraulic jigs ensure that we can deliver high volume precision parts to customer specifications. Our expertise in non-rotational machining work of cast aluminium or iron components such as Oil Pans, Manifolds, Brackets, Bearing Caps, Thermostat Housings and Pedal Assemblies makes us an industry leader in the field. We can, however also service our customers with rotational machining such as the motorcycle hubs we supply to Harley Davidson.We are a privately owned business incorporated in 1985. Numetric Manufacturing is based in Adelaide, South Australia with offices, and factory facilities only 30 minutes from the airport and the CBD. Our facility boasts:Large modern premises with total area of 5700 m2 and building floor space of 2350 m2, with under cover storage and truck loading bay,23 CNC Machining Centres,6 CNC Lathes,Assembly stations,Specialised machines used for specific jobs,Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM),Offices and meeting/training rooms,Powder coating booth and oven.Mission: Numetric Maufacturing prides itself on its ability to produce high quality components, and deliver them on time to our customers requirements.
