Ian started York Civil in 1990 after commencing in the industry as a labourer, grader operator and then site manager, learning the industry from the ground up.From humble beginnings 24 years ago with only ten employees, York Civil has worked hard to become a leading engineering and construction company delivering major infrastructure projects throughout Australia, for government and private sector clients. We now employ more than 400 personnel and have an extensive fleet of more than 500 company-owned specialist plant and equipment items.
