The system enables preliminary risk based assessment and prioritization of structures to develop long term maintenance strategies. CARMS provides a net based interactive reporting and maintenance management system for plant wide concrete structures.   Detailed Concrete Condition Surveys — Concrete condition surveys involve the detailed investigation and diagnostic assessment of concrete structures using a suite of non destructive testing methods including:,Drummy,Concrete cover,Compressive strength,Chloride ion profiles,Carbonation Testing,Electrical potential mapping,Resistivity measurements,Concrete crack assessment and measurement under dynamic loads.Following our site investigation, a detailed report outlining site findings, extent and cause of concrete deterioration, recommended remedial actions and preliminary cost estimates are presented.
