T & J Whitehouse is a labour and machinery hire company located in the Blackwater Region QLD. We are locally owned and operated and specialize in providing Central QLD with major and minor civil works, pit dewatering and water management needs. We also cater to Coal Handling and Preparation Plants (CHPP), warehousing, security, airport management and all tilt tray and transportation needs. We also have a dedicated HDPE welding crew with trenching capabilities that can design, plan, install and commission to your specifications.Our extensive range of equipment includes but not limited to: Light and medium vehicles, Trucks, tippers and tilt trays, Excavators, Loaders, Graders, Water trucks, Rollers, Tractors, Backhoes, Bobcats and Lighting plants.T&J Whitehouse Investments was established in 1999 by Tommy and Jenny Whitehouse as a labour and machinery hire business to local mines and businesses.  Since that time, the business has expanded to include various other services, and the company now owns in excess of 90 vehicles and equipment.

Major contracts include Curragh Mine, BMA Mine, Yarrabee Mine, Cook Colliery, Queensland Rail, Department of Main Roads, Central Highlands Regional Council and various sub-contractors.
Work is varied and includes Pit Dewatering, Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP), Stores, Security, Airport Management, Civil Works and Transportation activities.The management team at T&J Whitehouse Investments has in excess of 30 years’ combined mining industry experience.  The company prides itself on offering an honest, reliable service at a competitive rate, with experienced personnel and a modern fleet of vehicles and equipment.
