Pacific Metal Group is one of the largest collectors, processors and suppliers of recycled metal products in Australia. The past 2011/12 financial year saw the group turnover 50,000 tonnes of recyclable material & register a turnover exceeding $25 million. This is implemented through a network of physical and brokering operations in Australia. PMG's processing capacity, which includes shears, balers, car compaction units & various recycling plants, operates to the highest environmental and quality standards to produce products that are recognized and sought after throughout the globe. 
Over the past 6 years, the company has successfully exported the majority of its processed materials. With a strong focus on both ferrous & non-ferrous materials, PMG are now one of the largest scrap metal exporters in Australia. Our vast ferrous range of products includes P&S, #2 steel bales, 80/20 & Car Body Bales. Our non-ferrous exports mainly consist of Copper, Aluminium & Stainless Steel products, all of which are of ISRI spec quality. 
As part of the expansion process, In 2012 PMG relocated to larger state of the art premises in Laverton North which cover approximately 20,000m2 and includes balers, scrap handling excavators & public weighbridge facilities, this caters for a more efficient level of serviceability and support for their export customers. This is in line with our company objective to become the leading privately owned operator in their market of buying and selling recyclable metal products by 2020.

PMG is in the process of acquiring ISO & AQSIQ accreditation as well as being endorsed by the Australian EPA. PMG is a full member of AMRIA (Australian Metal Recycling Industry Association).
