The company ARGUSS sro Bratislava has been involved in the protection and creation of the environment in the Slovak Republic since 1994. The company professionally deals with waste management in the scope of the waste catalog established by Decree no. 365/2015 Coll. MoE SR.

Our company operates throughout the Slovak Republic. We operate our own facilities, which are mainly focused on recycling technologies that enable material or energy recovery of waste.

In meeting customer requirements, we cooperate with several partners with a similar focus throughout the Slovak Republic so that customer costs are minimized in the current environmentally friendly waste treatment in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and applicable legislation. In our work we use an environmental management system according to the standard STN ISO 14001 / EN ISO 14001: 2004 . Its introduction and application in our company was proved by a certification audit on 1.6. and 2.6. 2004. The current certificate on the application of the occupational health and safety management system was awarded to us for the following areas:Recycling and recovery of waste, waste disposal, treatment of electrical waste, treatment of contaminated soils by biodegradation, treatment of waste for energy recovery, mechanical treatment of waste and shredding, collection and transport of waste.

In our work we also use a quality management system according to the standard STN ISO 9001: 2008 for areas: Recycling and recovery of waste, waste disposal, processing of electrical waste, treatment of contaminated soils by biodegradation, treatment of waste for energy recovery, mechanical treatment of waste, waste collection and transport.

In August 2013, we passed a certification audit for the occupational health and safety management system according to the BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 standard .

On October 15, 2005, we were awarded an EVGE certificate proving compliance with the criteria of the European standard EVB (Entsorgungsfachsbetrieb).

We have become a founding member of the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Waste Economy - APOH . The Association of Entrepreneurs in Waste Management, founded on June 28, 1999, was the first professional association of entities doing business in the field of waste management in the Slovak Republic. The Association has become a respected partner of the state administration and entities influencing the development and direction of waste management in the Slovak Republic through the creation of legislation.

In 2006, in cooperation with nine other electrical waste processors, we established the Association of Electrical Waste Processors Association ASEO . The Association of Electrical Waste Processors is the largest trade association of authorized electrical waste processors in the Slovak Republic. Its basic goal is to help the implementation of European legislation governing the processing of electrical waste into our national legislation and the development of collection, transport and processing of electrical waste in the Slovak Republic with the help of manufacturers and imports of electrical equipment and collective systems created by them.

As a full member of the Association of Entrepreneurs in Waste Management APOH and the Association of Electrical Waste Processors ASEO, we have voluntarily committed ourselves to abide by the Moral Code in our activities and we subject our business philosophy to the above-mentioned Moral Code.
