Tires Environmental Management

Tires Environmental Management (GMN) bases its business on the comprehensive management of end-of-life tires (NFU), separating their components and recycling the rubber to be reused.

The company, established in 2001, is a pioneer in achieving recycling solutions for its sector due to its commitment to technology in the treatment of rubber and belongs to COMSA Corporación, one of the main Spanish groups in the area of ​​infrastructures, engineering , environment and technology.

GMN is a member of SIGNUS, a non-profit organization that regulates the collection and management of 80% of used tires in Spain and that ensures good practices in the sector.

The Agència de Residus de la Generalitat de Catalunya recently awarded GMN the 'Design Award for Recycling' in the category of materials for the rubber dust of the NFU.

Its plant in Maials (Lleida) has environmental authorizations for the treatment of 45,000 tons of tires and the storage of up to 20,600 tons.
