​As a successful Sales and Facilities Management professional with 25 years’ sales and operational demonstrated working history within the FM market place I bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience in supporting my client’s needs, wants and objectives. 

For over the last fifteen years I have managed some of the largest sales teams within the waste sector in Scotland; this has allowed me to harness a management style that caters for all sale types within a group.  Identifying and realising the individual’s motivators and drivers allows me to engage in a positive manner which will lead to a more productive and motivated salesperson allowing the person to thrive and achieve their individual and company set goals and targets.

Having successful careers in both Hard and Soft Services has allowed me to amass a wealth of expertise across the FM market. Working in the operational side of companies has allowed me to gain a greater insight into understanding the challenges and sometimes conflicts that Sales and Operations experience and therefore the know-how on how to resolve these.
