Our Service Crews

Our Service Crews are full-time Pinnacle employees. We do not hire temporary, contract labor crews. Pinnacle employees undergo workplace education and safety training before assignment to a service crew. Service crews are assigned to specific routes and stay on those routes. The reason this is important to you is because it assures you receive consistent and professional service from crews who are familiar with your community, take pride in their work and are dedicated to service. Prospective employees are required to pass extensive background checks and are screened for illegal drug usage prior to being considered for employment.
