M & M Valet Trash was founded in 2015 when two friends saw the hassles associated with long walks to the trash compactor. They wanted to figure out how to make it SIMPLE for both residents and property management.

Our core company belief rests on improving the resident experience. We achieve this by taking care of routine tasks around the property and report on any issues noticed while on-site, allowing property management time to get back to what they do best.

We offer doorstep waste management services that simplify the resident experience. Our Valet Trash Services are 5-days per week and we provide waste receptacles at NO COST to you!
