Bailey Pallet

Bailey Pallet is a family owned and operated business that was started in 1998 by the current owners. It has grown significantly to a 100% green, FSC certified* company with pallet facilities in Salem, Oregon and Boise, Idaho. The Salem facility also has a wood grinding operation that provides a solution to wood waste products.

Bailey Pallet's mission statement is to provide quality products and services which allow our customers to operate safely, productively and competitively. We accomplish this by evaluating customers' pallet and waste wood demands and fulfilling those requirements with exceptional material and logistic supervision. Our objective is to tailor programs specifically for individual companies, providing long-term consistency while having the ability to deal with spontaneous daily changes.

Bailey Pallet has a dedicated dispatching department that enables us to respond efficiently to client requests. Our truck and trailer fleet gives us the capability to specifically cope with the individual equipment requirements of our customers. This results in quality resource management and attention to detail for our customers.

Bailey Pallet conducts several in-house management programs with our customer base, enabling them to be more efficient and cost effective.
