OUR STORY

There’s a story behind every medical waste disposal company and this one is mine. Hi, I’m Keiffer Keener and that’s me pictured there on the left. The far left. Yeah, that’s right. I’m a dog. But I’m not just any dog. I’m the inspiration for Med Dog Waste Management, the fastest-growing medical waste disposal company in Georgia. You may be wondering why an Australian Shepherd would even care about medical waste. Well, the truth is I had a bone to pick with the national medical waste companies for the way they were treating some of OUR customers. Back in 2001, before I was born, my business partner Renee (she’s the human in our photo) started a shredding and records storage company called American Document Securities. ADS served businesses of all sizes including financial institutions and medical facilities. It was our medical facility customers who kept asking Renee when she was going to add medical waste disposal to our service offerings because they weren’t happy with their current medical waste provider. They were fed up with poor service, high prices and hidden fees, price increases of 18% per year, inescapable, long-term contracts and a national call center hotline that offered excuses instead of solutions. So Renee and I decided to build a LOCAL medical waste disposal company with a simple pledge to offer better service and lower prices.
